Information this website collects
You can use this website without telling us who you are.
This website does not have any forms that collect your personal information. When you make a request, register with the surgery or give feedback online, you'll be taken to a secure service that the surgery uses:
- Accurx, for medical and admin requests
- the NHS Register with a GP surgery service, for new patient registration
Those services have their own privacy notices explaining how they protect your information.
Cookies and analytics
If you agree, we use Google Analytics to understand how people use the website. This information is anonymous. Read our cookie policy to find out more, or change your cookie settings.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Google Cloud) automatically records technical information when pages are requested, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you visited. We use this only to keep the website secure and working, and logs are deleted automatically.
Your rights
You have rights over your personal information under UK data protection law. To ask about the information we hold or to make a complaint, contact us. You can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
