Accessibility statement

This accessibility statement applies to the City Road Medical Centre website (cityroadmedicalcentre.com).

This website is run by City Road Medical Centre. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it. For example, you should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts using your browser or device settings
  • zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
  • navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
  • navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
  • listen to most of the website using a screen reader

We've also made the text as simple as possible to understand.

AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

How accessible this website is

The website is built with the NHS digital service manual design system, which is designed and tested to meet accessibility standards.

We know some parts of this website are not fully accessible:

  • some older documents, such as our practice leaflet, are PDFs that may not work well with assistive technology
  • some pages link to other websites, such as Accurx and the NHS website, which have their own accessibility statements
  • the Care Quality Commission (CQC) rating widget in the footer is provided by the CQC
