We want you to have the best possible experience of care. The Friends and Family Test is a way of gathering your feedback so we can continually review our service.

You can use this service if you:

  • are registered at the surgery

Before you start

We’ll ask you for:

  • feedback on your experience of the surgery
  • reasons why you chose your answer

This will take you to our secure Accurx online service. Choose an admin request and tell us how likely you are to recommend our surgery to friends and family, and why.
